How to Book Your Plan

Collection, Shipping & Bond

Free customer collection is available in Christchurch by appointment.

Shipping is available nationwide to your desired location:

$30 one-way shipping
$60 return shipping (delivery + return)

A $300 refundable bond is required for all rentals.

For security and verification purposes, valid photo ID is required at pickup in line with our KYC (Know Your Customer) policy.

The bond is refundable after the equipment is returned in good condition. Shipping fees are charged separately and are non-refundable.

Unlimited data is subject to Starlink network management and fair-use policies. Internet performance may vary depending on location, weather, and network conditions.
